Full Project Management Service

The full Project Management service covers all aspects of your build from conception to completion. We can liase with your architect or for smaller projects we can provide plans, layouts and working drawings.
Quotations will be sent to suppliers and firm costings will be set out clearly for you to evaluate before progressing further.
We will take care of the project scheduling and monitor real progress throughout the build.
We will liase with Building Control, Planning Officers and any other relevant authority relative to the scheme.
Regular Client meetings will be arranged to ensure we are meeting our targets and assess costs to date, this can also provide an opportunity to identify potential savings.
All communication with the various sub-contractors and merchants will be made via the project manager.

Estimation Service

In the early stages of the project it is important to gain a good understanding of what your project will cost.
We can work with detailed plans or simply an initial idea. The accuracy of the estimate will reflect the amount of detail available, but even with a brief concept, it is a useful tool for assessing how realistic your hopes are against affordability.
It allows you to focus on your priorities for the design and establish the viability of your plans. It is our hope that the estimate is favorable, but it may be necessary to separate your scheme into stages to fully realise your ambitions. This can be discussed with a focus on finding a way forward.
Having reached a scheme that meets your budget we would hope to continue a positive working relationship to move the project forward.

Scope of Works & Project Scheduling

Should you wish to manage the project yourself, it can be a very rewarding experience but without the experience it can be very challenging. We can provide you with the necessary documentation to help guide you through the process.
A project schedule can be drawn up to include a meeting to guide you through the various stages.
A scope of works provides a breakdown of every work element that is to be undertaken from demolition works to final finishes.

We are happy to provide guidance should you meet challenges at any stage of the project. Our project manager can come to site and discuss your progress and help you to overcome any potential difficulties. This is charged at an hourly rate.
